What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you send an enquiry through this site we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you selected and the message you wrote. We also receive the date the enquiry arrived and whether it has been read.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and give you a considered response.
To keep a record of what was agreed, so we do not rely on memory.
To meet our record-keeping and professional obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for the matter they relate to, and for as long as our professional and legal record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Who can see it
Only the people at Deusy Investments Services who need it to handle your matter. Where a project involves contractors, consultants or authorities, we share only what the work requires, and we tell you when we do.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact page and we will deal with it in writing.
